the background story that most of the paintball/airsoft community knows about around 8:30 is epic. Guys grandmother made the patch before she died and the other kid burned it.

Over 15 years of airsoft i have never seen an actual fight happen at any game. Plenty of heated arguments but these incident's are rare but apparently becoming more common in this day and age.

I was the ref in the clip at 14:05. This was the only time in my year of reffing that we actually had a big fight, and even that didn't get truly violent. Mostly just yelling. I've been playing for 4+ years and fights don't happen very often.

I have been airsofting a lot in my life. I have only encountered one incident which occurred with one of my friends. It was one of her first games of air soft and she didn’t like how she got shot. I think if you guys go out there, you will only be having fun, and will meet some pretty cool people too. 😎
I’ve been playing airsoft for 4 years now and I’ve never encountered something like what is shown in the video. Sure I’ve encountered cheaters and people have tried to argue with me but I’ve never witnessed or been involved in an actual verbal/physical fight between 2 or more people.

I've been playing for a few years now around the midwest with various ages, and I must say, it's not very common for these type of situations to happen and I have noticed more of those situations are indoor speed soft style games.

Killer Clowns From Outer Space! Hell yeah! Such an underrated classic haha
I've been playing airsoft for just over 10 years now, and I've never seen an argument get physical. We have tons of kids playing the game as well and almost never have an issue.
Videos like this, while entertaining, give a very negative view of airsoft. Incidents like this almost never happen, but now you get a collection of them all in one video.
If you look at how many people play airsoft worldwide, compared to how many unique Incidents you can find on UA-cam you can really see how seldom it actually happens.
I agree with Jason, this new movie was awesome, I read the book right before going to see the movie in theaters. The book goes into more detail, obviously, but this movie was on par with the chronology of the book. Looking forward to the next movies.

been playing airsoft for 3 and a half years never seen a fight ive seen a couple arguments but nothing as bad as these videos they usually end on good terms and go separate ways
You guys are legends 😎 Airsoft is just a game. I have played airsoft for 6 years with my son who is now 18. There are a few knobs who think they are special, but generally people laugh and congratulate each other for nut shots 🤣

These videos can be fun to watch sometimes but fights like this rarely ever actually happen.
The two worst things I’ve seen happen at a field were a dude having a seizure and one field caught fire.
I used to watch that movie like 10 times a day when the guys goes “what re you gonna do knock my block off?” Nd the clown mike tysons that boy head into the trash just brilliant 🤣🤣

I've started playing airsoft more frequently and the amount of conflict I've seen is crazy. One time u was playing and a grown man maybe 28 cursed out a 13 year old kid because he revealed his position in a panic after getting shot for the first time. My buddy and I had a talk with the ref but the grown man was practically hovering him.
Another Time, a guy had a grudge against my friend and didn't call his hit only to overshoot my friend and try getting a fight started.
The one around 18:00, the girl didn't like how she got surrendered, got pissed and shot at the guys after she started walking around, the guy shot back, and that's when the dad decided to go gorilla-mode. Neither of them were being very mature, but the girl was definitely the instigator.

That one fight was too much roid rage. And there used to be some really shady cheaters on paintball fields. I got one dude kicked because he shot me in the back of the hand with a frozen paintball.

Well, there are countries in Europe that still allow it under certain conditions, like two tone colored Guns as an example from UK. Not sure about the rest though, Sweden is strictly 18+.

That is why Brazilian rules are better: No protective gear (beside eyes) allowed, can use BB guns and PB guns (better if are PB because you can shoot faster and paint the bruises in your target for future appreciation), you can get hit until decide that enough is enough, them you can start to run away into the safe zone, have a couple beers and that is it. Zero fights and a lot of laughs. Too much rules and "serious business attitude" in a game focused in violence (even if it's just a little) only ruins it

Haha one of those was at my local field that’s crazy I remember the day too they sh it the field down for the rest of the day and had a meeting with everyone present mostly 1 on 1
This never happens in my airsoft community and we play all age groups together from ages 10 to 50
The kid who burned the patch "supposedly" also stole a bunch of airsoft gear as well. And airsoft stuff really isn't cheap. And with people not calling hits, most wear padded stuff so they can't really feel it. Honestly I don't feel like dealing with stupidity and having my IQ lowered by going to Nashville Airsoft even though I have around $600 worth of gear.

Gotta keep a chill composure because you don't know the other person. If they're under age or have friends. It sucks and gotta swallow your pride.
The kid was the one that initially took it to the ground. The original video isnt clear how the altercation started though. The kid is the the one in black of the first 2 people fighting at the end of the hallway.
you won't find the fighting as much at bigger events that people pay more for. its mostly indoor fields or cheap weekend places in cities
i like paintball waaayyyyy better cuz u can splat them and it just feels better knowing u splatted their face
You guys should check out a video that was recently uploaded called "How the Different Military Branches Reload", you might get a kick out of it. I chuckled at the Air Force, Navy, and Marines one. It's like a 2 minute video.
I've gone out and played and we have had kids out. I've brought my 9 year old out and he was respectful and called his hits. As an adult. If you're unsure if you got hit. Just call it anyway. It's just for fun. Have fun.

Edit: this place is Xtreme Kombat and it’s honestly the most toxic place I’ve ever played Airsoft. I have so many gopro clips of fights from there.
I grew up playing airsoft with some kids that had some really serious gear.. p90, psg1, g3a3, ak’s, glocks, berettas, Walther ppks, m4’s, an aug, and even a belt fed m249! It was so much more fun than paintball as a kid just because of the realism of the guns hahaha it was wild later in life getting access to real versions tho and basically knowing my way around them simply because their airsoft replica versions were so spot on hahaha i suppose it’s a little silly taking it too serious but if you play with good people it really is a blast!!!

I was a ref in Paintball and airsoft you see wild stuff people fighting. People getting hit and taking mask off in middle of field I was 16 and adults could be hard headed when I have to tell them they broke the rules

Background for the clip at 17:15...the girl who got shot actually was out but was disputing it and shot at the guys as she was walking away. The guy responded by shooting back at her. The guy who charged the shooter was her dad, who was obviously not happy. Both parties were in the wrong really.
If you wanna ch the whole clip, the over protective boyfriend dude actually had a loaded firearm on him. A 1911 mag fell out of his pocket
.....been doing this over 10 years. In my experiences, this is totally rare. The occasional dispute over calling hits but rarely escalates to this level......usually due to lax " refs " and fields not enforcing rules
I played paintball for part of my brother-in-law's bachelor party and his buddy's dad was there who was a former Marine. He shot me twice in throat. Dude did not hold back. I can understand wanting to hang out with your kid and play with them but some of these of videos show why grown men should play separately.
16:51 I was there for that one. Just a couple dozen feet away in the vegetation. Had a good flank going, until those dipshits had to lose their cool and everyone in the area had to walk back to spawn. Our team lost valuable ground that led to a much more difficult fight afterwards.

In Utah I play with BOE and it's 16 and up for games. We have a great community and in the years I've been playing I have never seen anything even close to this. Love your reviews when ya going to get some game play?
