Who decided to keep Eberflus? Who did not invest in the O-line? Who passed on Justin Fields? Who did not even bring in Jayden Daniels for an interview? Does anyone remember Khalil Mack? David Montgomery? Roquan Smith? They are all still playing at a high level. Justin Fields is very happy now. And the McCaskeys are happy with their guy? Ryan Poles and Ryan Pace - not sure about these Ryans. Poles too cheap, Pace spent too much.

A lot of the questions are answered if you pay attention to bears even a little bit lol. Poles cardinal mistake is keeping Eberflus and the coaching responsible. As for longevity and potential for successful future, Poles is responsible for that. As a bears fan, it’s extremely frustrating watching this team fail currently, but that is 100% on the coaching and neglection of o line. Nothing more.

The Rams were out gained by 125+ yards and a receiver on the 9er's had 188 receiving yards. They were very lucky to win that game.

From what I see on tape, is that the Rams DBs are not good. That's the biggest hole in there D, along with their
Line Backers.
There always seems to be a open hole in the 10 to 15 yd area down the field.
We need to get enough protection from our Oline to exploit that area.

These guys are just reading stats and talking points about the Rams. They dont have 3 starting offensive lineman out. They have 2 and a backup out. The talk track about west coast teams not playing well when traveling east is true, for every other team than the Rams. Sean McVay is 9-3 playing 1 pm est games since 2017 so that is not an "edge" for the Bears. Do some research on your own before spitting out talking points.

Also, its not alarming to have a conversation. most likely Waldron didnt call out Lewis , for the mistake he made, and he just wanted to let him know that constructive criticism is needed and at times wanted. Waldron is still new to the team. been here less than a year. it takes time to learn the characters of your players. so telling him something like that in week 3 isnt ALARMING, its great
Eberflus and Waldron look they were made in the same factory-- corporate, full of cliches, boring and predictable. Poles could have gone all out and gotten Harbaugh who obviously was born to lead and also not one follow the model that Poles obviously feels safe with
I can tell you how it's going to in this game. Rams Coach is 100 fold better than Flus. Just that alone will be the reason Rams to win. Bears will start slow or not at all on offense. I hope I'm wrong...

The Bears need to bring an "offensive consultant" to help Shane Waldron do his job better because right now, Waldron's thin resume as an OC is showing him to be the novice he is.

Shane Waldron is coaching a Rookie QB Sir. He had 12 offers as an OC. He developed Geno Smith in Seattle to the Pro Bowl. It takes time you phoney Bears fans has no patience.
At this point, I'm hoping Deshaun plays so poorly that he gets Stefanski fired. We need a proven offensive coach. End of discussion.
