@@snoozeking7497 Yeah even with Vancouver’s inflated pricing there are much better deals on other penthouses than this one, which lacks a true open balcony. Edit: ok this isn’t the penthouse unit but it’s overpriced for sure. There are better buildings in nicer areas of downtown with better views than this.

People living in condos/apartments are at most risk during the coronavirus pandemic. Imagine you are in an elevator. no more condos for me.
