It's more of a mercy kill at this point, i know she hates machines but i think she thought it'll be best to just kill the little machine coz it's pointless to pour oil on the dead big machine.

They did really well in this episode and gave 6O one last screentime. Tho they should've given her the line "Thank you for the flower, 2B" as her final line... 6O's goodbye would've been more impactful if they did that
