The feed ends of the auger should be out of phase so they don't both push snow into the impeller simultaneously, the snow intermittently getting tossed out the front is impeller overload. Otherwise, awesome design, I like the teeth on the auger, though they will wear and need replaced. I'm not sure if at that size replaceable teeth could be achieved and be strong enough for the purpose.
a tip... section b3 and a3 should be 180 degrees from each other. like the real models the reason is to avoid ejecting the snow forward as we see in your video. it will remain just as effective
get yourself a 80T motor for the impeller and get a faster motor for the screw, i have experience with it, it's would be much better and have more torque
@burnie222rclasseanhanger6 so sorry, it's true that i didn't watched all the video and only the intro, as I did not have enough time to watch it in it's entirety. It sounder more like a 35T motor.
@@burnie222rclasseanhanger6 alright so after watching ALL the 46 minutes, i can see that you are right. However, i would have other sugestions to make that could make your model better, but i fear being roasted again...
nothing like watching a great video while waiting for a 3d print to finish. :)
Very impressive! Cannot wait to see it mounted!
Man I love it when you make something new!! Sure keeping me busy😊
Amazing
