Morning in the Mojave: Ludlow Sunrise

Enjoy the morning parade at Ludlow, CA on BNSF's Needles Sub, October 2014. Morning in the desert is a magic time, and the trains were rolling in a steady parade. Shot from a small hill just west of Ludlow. I recommend staying at the hotel right in Ludlow. It's basic, but you can't beat the location! There's a Chevron C-Store and gas station there. Call them for information on reservations.
