Great product! For anyone wondering, yes, this will work in a mare motel! I set mine up last Sunday by myself. I started late and it took me a few hours for a 6 stall mare motel with a covered breezeway and I wasn't finished until after the evening feeding. I can't believe how fast and great this worked for me. Sunday during the install the flies were brutal and thick. By this morning (Tuesday 2 days after install) there were very few! My horses are much more comfortable without being bothered by the flies. They seem much happier to be in their stalls now. We even had a power outtage last evening for over 3 hours, but the clock in the unit kept the correct time anyway! I recommend this to anyone who is trying to get rid of the flies and other insects in their barns, even if it's an open pipe mare motel.
