It does NOT just affect AUSTRALIAN teams but to ALL teams that play S.A. teams at home.Right from the start its 15 against 18 on the paddock or 19 if a TMO is being used.I personally follow the ALL BLACKS and have seen TEST matches lost because of BIASED REFS ( when teams were finally allowed to TOUR) . . . WHAT HAPPENED TO THE NEUTRAL REFEREES AND OFFICIALS WE HAD AND PREFERRED . . . At least when TEAMS LOST it was done on dedication,tenacity,skill and the LOVE of THEIR Sport . . .NOT SOME INEPT OFFICIALS
