Duke Nukem Time to Kill Pistol Start Level 1 Time to kill + Challenge 1

Since doing "Pistol start" in Doom got more popular these days, i wanted to do the same with this game, so i'll go through every level starting only with the pistol (and the Mighty boot).
Doing the first level is redundant but still, here it is, with the Super Eagle challenge included.
