Hey Falisha! So i have a question. I am about to update my bathroom. I an wanting to replace my older tub with a new one and tiles the wall around it. Will Tile around the tub increase the appraisal on the house? Or would it be a waste of money and time to tile? Thank you for the content!

Bathroom/kitchen and backyard remodels are HUGE here in Las Vegas and, if accomplished in the last 5 years from the date of appraisal, absolutely add value. Don’t skimp on finishes. A poorly accomplished DIY job can negatively affect you just as much as a finely accomplished upgrade can help you! Hope that helps!
