Firstcry delivered a wooden stick instead of the actual doll-house I ordered. When we pressed them, they tried to settle the matter in Rs. 500, and promised to refund the remaining amount on returning the fake product. We did that, but the customer care people kept asking for 72 hrs every time, and marking the issue as resolved at the end of this. It went on for 3 weeks.
When we finally filed a complaint with the NCH, we got full refund in 3-4 days.

Same Here bro...its been more than 1 month in my case too and there is no return and refund, courier company refuses to pickup the parcel for return and gives the reason that they can't pickup the big products and flipkart support team is a big scam in the world right now...they will never resolve ur actual problem they'll always give u false claims.

Flipkart delivery & pick up is mostly by EKART so actual seller is not involved but it's done by FK employees

I bought a IPhone 15(128 GB BLUE) on 10th February from Flipkart . There was a new kind of seal on the box above the apple's official seal which is nowadays given by flipkart(according to flipkart) which the delivery guy opened himself in front of me .I checked for any physical damage or scratch and there wasn't anything as such. But when I turned on the phone for the first time it was showing "unknown battery part " and also there were touch problems .I called up apple service center and they advised me to talk to Flipkart about replacement. But when i call flipkart they are saying we cant do anything about that. SIR PLEASE HELP KR DIJIYE MUJHE . I ALSO HAVE EACH AND EVRY PROOF YOU NEED.
I purchased a phone from Flipkart under a scheme of 2,500 additional cashback on exchange. As per that, the total exchange value displayed as Rs. 8300.
However, when the delivery boy came for inspection, he did it for 30 mins, but could only find two issues: minor scratch (visible on 8x zoom) and damaged tempered glass (not screen). The exchange value was slashed to Rs. 5,600.
Amazon accepts even multiple light scratches if phone is working properly, but flipkart devalued price by a whole 1/3rd on the basis of a microscopic scratch.

My flipkart account was hacked last month and ordered iPhone and charger from pay letter. It's been a month but Flipkart didn't help. Even talking to the bank linked to Flipkart didn't get any help. Flipkart direct said we can't help even they didn't lodge a complaint.

Flipkart is the biggest scammer.. let me tell you about the incident.. a few days back I purchased a pixel7.. on the product page it showed a domestic warranty for 1 year.. now in actual bill no warranty things mentioned... I did return the product but as per their policies they rejected and even I'm not satisfied with pixel7... They are saying we do have that kind of return policies... So be aware from the Flipkart app such buggy things mentioned. Such pathetic service from Flipkart
