The bag ended up breaking... I am sure it was because I overstuffed it.... I called to get the clasp replaced and they wouldnt return my calls or emails.... I wrote for over 6 months and still nothing. It is now in the trash and I have a 39-dollar amazon bag.... It's much easier to throw away a 39 dollar bag every other year then to spend 300 on a bag that lasts the same time frame... Buy cheap, throw away often... They just can't hold up to the abuse of the airlines... Thanks for watching. Eric
@@EricClarkTravelVideos Sorry to hear that the customer service is so bad, I always get scared when buying online, especially if they do not have an address or phone#, I have been checking out some aluminum cases thinking they may last loonger, ( I have been doing cheep & replace that gets old) but you need to know even if it is out of warrenty you can get it fixed. I have been thinking about tumi at least they have stores in malls. Thanks again
My sincerest apologies for writing this in your video, but I'd like to warn others: Don't make the mistake of buying MVST luggages. I found out the hard way. bought 2, both became defective after 1 use in light rain and became super hard to push. Wheels are designed very poorly where they move back and forth along the metal rod that it spins with nothing protecting it from debris. Debris easily gets inside and no longer glides smooth. Feels absolutely horrible now to push. All of my friend's luggages didn't have this issue. Poorly designed wheels and defective luggages. Customer support did absolutely nothing and was rude. They told me to wash my wheels often. How in the world did support muster up the audacity to tell someone who is struggling with their poorly designed product this!! :(
@@SamW604 Yes.... This one you can carry on to any plane. =) This size one. =) I now have the bigger one and it is to big for the overhead spaces. =) Thanks for watching my video Sam. =) Eric
Really bad quality bags that break during the first packing, and then they refuse a return & refund because you don't have the box it came in, even though you're within the 30 day return window.
wow you definitely packed a lot of clothes in there , good review thanks.

@@EricClarkTravelVideos Are you allowed to carry the bag onto the plane or are you asked to check it? Happy and safe travels.

You have placed this comment on literally EVERY single video regarding these bags. You are relentless 🤣🤣🤣
@bobbyburches8026 need to spread the word somehow since there is nowhere to post a review on their site 😆
