Gracias a Hernan Cortés se puso fin a ese sistema de sacrificios humanos que justificaban una aberrante antropofagia!
De hecho ese es el origen del pozole. Hasta que una gran variedad de alimentos y productos traídos en galeones españoles se comenzó a usar el cerdo para el pozole.
Antes de eso, el pozole se preparaba con la 🦵 de algún pariente tuyo. Hay quienes se atreven a justificar lo indefendible 😮
