I’ve had a similar issue trying to get a hold of companies sometimes. I always try to contact a developer, especially an iOS developer, if I get glitches. I only go to give bad reviews if support contact fails or the company blames me instead of taking my findings on board. I’ve seen too many people jump to the review page before giving the developer a chance to do anything to help.
