The influx of refugees (100K) from the offensive (no need to name) and the strain on the economy, could that be the reason they are eliminating this office or other agencies of the government? Possibly you could develop a plan that would streamline this agency/office and head-up a new trimmed down version in the future. Partner up with someone that is influential in regards to the archives. Develop a project to protect and the proper storage of these archives. I pray that a resource or person will come your way and you can continue forward in this regard. Just a thought. I think there will be other opportunities that will arise for you, especially now that you are an official citizen !
Good evening Mitch jan. I think since you speak English very well you should be able to find a job either in tourism as a guide, or an office job working remotely. To become a tourist guide there are some courses that you need to take, they are not very expensive. There are also a lot of jobs as a truck load dispatcher, but they are kind of stressful. I believe you will find something better.

Sorry to hear you and al others lost there job, did they not give a reason for the discontinued of the department. Or is it that there are no funds for relocate the department to a new building now that they are sold. Assume they did a study of the success of this department? As you say god will provide and all will be ok. God bless and all the best

It's a shame to see that you have been receiving death threats for your justified views on the protests.Those claiming to be "True Christians" are doing the exact opposite of what god has said in the bible. I pray for you and Mrs. Mitch's safety. I am 100% sure that the ones threatening don't live in Armenia, probably some Amerikatsi.

@vict3071...I will add one important point. The Church's mission is to preach the gospel (the good news of Jesus Christ) to all and to nurture the faithful in the true love of God. The government's job is to rule a nation wisely and fairly, for the good of all citizens. It's not the government's job to interfere with the church, just as it's not the church's role to interfere with politics. That's the point of my video, not to make comparisons. As a Christian and a true believer in the Orthodox Church, I do have a right to speak up when I see the leaders of our church engaged in political matters and aligning themselves with a particular party. That is not the behavior of a faithful Bishop or Catholicos, and it is a great shame!
