I think that the creepy number 3 is actually 30! If you see carefully, you will see a circle around the ghost's eyes. Also, the number 3 is not written in the center. It is camouflaged because both the ghost and the text are white.
I don't know I am correct or not, but I don't think my eyes are wrong
