    Usually crime ratings are based on cases per 100 000 citizens, so it is not important how big country is.
    Have you ever were considering Bulgaria ? flat 5% corp tax, 10% dividends tax, very cheap accounting and services, sea, relaxed people... What disadvantages you see in Bulgaria ?

    Congratulations on the new channel Rico !😎! - So I have a quick question in relation to setting up my company in Cyprus..this was when I looked at it before as a U.K. citizen when I wanted to formulate my new technology consulting company (CT at 12.5%) in Cyprus and wanted to spend a minimum of 60 days a year there was that I would need to inject around €200k as start up capital which was deal breaker at the time ,can you please advise if this is still the case and also with the IP Box regime (CT 2.5%) does the €200k company cash injection rules still apply if I wish to stay just a minimum of 60 days in Cyprus a year 🙏…

      Hey Steve, thanks for your comment! Yes, this is generally correct and the 200.000€ capital injection is still needed for Non EU nationals so that the company can be registered as a company of foreign interest. Then you will employ yourself under that company and we can then receive your residence permit and the Cyprus tax residency under some other conditions. Did you fill out our form? We would be happy to explain further in a consultation call.

    Why did you decide to leave Switzerland? I'm interested to know in the factors you did not like with living in Switzerland. One day I may consider moving there and I'd like know the cons. Thanks for the informative video!

      I am too interested in the answer as I am too living in Switzerland.
      How much tax, if any at all, is saved by incorporating a LTD on Cyprus and becoming there a non-dom in comparison to just incorporating a company here in Switzerland e.g. in the canton Zug with around 11% corporate tax?
      And also, can I become non-dom resident on Cyprus while still living in Switzerland? If so, wouldn’t then the Swiss CFC rules apply? Or wouldn’t they apply because I would have substantial interest in the Cyprus company?

      Cyprus has the lowest crime rate in the EU. The locals live peaceful together and we leave with our doors open here. That was the point.
      And yes, Cyprus is a few hundred km away from a conflict zone, but if something would happen to a EU member country, then we're talking about a much bigger issue and you'd be really "safe" nowhere.

    Taxes may be a nuisance, but... public welfare, infrastructure, running a government etc. does cost. So taxes are inevitable otherwise one have to be completely self reliant on everything. From security, infrastructure as electricity, internet, water, waste disposal and much more. Thats not realistic in a modern world. Especially living in a city. So pay Your part to contribute to the community and appreciate the benefits that being provided by this. Schools, hospitals, roads, railways etc. does not build it selves from nothing.

    • @tormodundheim259
      @tormodundheim259 26 днів тому +1

      Now how on earth did they build and maintain those schools, hospitals and roads before they where paid by taxation? Oh, thats right, people still did manage to do that without the State. We have all been fooled into thinking this is not possible without the State. That is a damned lie, and I have stopped believing it. If it could be done before on a lower cost it can be done today. Down with the bureaucracy!

    • @jannyboe9365

      @@tormodundheim259 Going back in time to Babylon, Egypt, Rome etc. the state buildt this. Either by the military when not in war, or by peasants when they did not have fieldwork to do. AND also by slaves. So if You want to benefit from Your country contribute Your share. You will never be able to find people enough to build and run a hospital in a small country. It has to be done by a government. UNLESS offcourse You are wealthy enough to pay the costs to a private hospital. But the private institutions can only be created if the funding can be found. A fine example is the USA. Here the poor cant afford to be treated. They can not pay the costs. Dont whine because You have to pay some tax.

      @@jannyboe9365 I think you forget what the churches and other private organizations have done through the ages. It is incredible how cheap you can run a hospital when you eliminate the bureaucracy and the States involvement in things. The US is a worst case scenario in having private hospitals running with government making a total mess of things. I live in Norway, hailed as somewhere to look by the left side. Let me tell you, it is not. The only redeming quality is that we are not stuck with a ridiculous bill after leaving the hospital. If you don't leave feet first, that is...

    • @jannyboe9365
      @jannyboe9365 25 днів тому

      @@tormodundheim259 You are still wrong. Private enterprizes can not cover a country with infrastructure in a modern society. They only builds and expands where there are enough customers. Also a statedriven entity does not need to make a profit. Its a zero sum entity. A private company must create a profit to owners and shareholders.
