Glad to see us pull away with the win, but upset with how competitive the game was. Those 2 special teams plays in the first half killed us. The Raiders defense came in with a surprisingly good gameplan. Those blitzes worked pretty well against the Broncos offense. Nix played very well, again, threw for almost 300 yards today. He did make literally one throw that made me nervous, but no interception resulted from the play, so no harm no foul. Nix still occasionally struggles with his footwork, occasionally, but Nix continues to get better and better every week Defensive line clearly struggled without Allen, we didn't get any QB pressure for most of this game. But, overall, Defense played very well, especially when it counted the most. But not happy with how close we came to losing this game.
Awesome, gritty, hard fought win. That was one of those arch nemesis, dreaded division rival games on the road. SWEPT the Raiders, though! It's been a decade y'all! Hats off to the Broncos! D was shaky at first, but adjusted in the 2nd half. They stepped up bigtime without Allen! The play calling was ok, it was the running game that was off. When McLaughlin got banged up for a minute, the run game went to crap. It has to get fixed if we want to do anything down the stretch here. The ST's was shaky at times, but come on... Will Lutz? Dude was MVP of the game. What a stud. 5 for 5, two 50+ yarders.
19:33 Bo had been in pain since he had gotten sacked in the first half. Wasn't happy about it either, because Bo went down and surrendered himself on the play.
We should be sitting at 8-4 right now. Get excited! 7-5 in a rebuild year, playoffs a good possibility? We should all be over the moon right now. I thought next year was our year. Guys like Vele, Mims, and others steppin up have been the difference maker. Vele helping us forget Timmy P.
Hi Chad and Zack, I'm watching after the Pod because I just got home from work. I'm trying to pick up as many OT shifts as I can to pay for Sarah's college. It was a pleasure to watch Denver bitch slap the Raider's in Las Vegas for the first time. I see real development in Nix, maybe even playoff's.
It was definitely sloppy, but think about it. Broncos teams of the past decade would've FOR SURE lost that game. This team knows how to adjust to adversity, which is a great sign. I mean, come on.... that's a division rival game in a stadium we've NEVER won at. It wasn't going to be pretty in that scenario. Javonte was just worthless tonight. It was on the OL too. The run blocking was garbage. That has to change. We're gonna need 100 from our backs if we wanna make some noise. I think the run game was starting to really cook until Jaleel went down for a while. Seems like he was the chosen back this game. You could tell Payton didn't have much faith in the other too, calling so many passes. I almost don't blame him. It was pitiful. The penalties gotta get cleaned up too.
in the off-season I saw many raiders fans mockingly saying they were glad Denver took Nix. wonder where they are now, and if they're still glad Denver has Nix!
Gotta be thrilled with the D stepping up huge when they needed them too. The pass rush went into berserk mode in the 2nd half, with the game on the line. Aggravated me hearing that announcer question the fumble on Ridder. It was obvious but dude was making me nervous. The announcers sucked.

At the end it seems like Sean was trying to get Bo to 300 yards and Sutton to 100 yards instead of putting the game away

Yeah, happened on that 2nd TD pass to Sutton.

Nice to sweep the Raider’s!!!
It's HUUUUUGE! Feels like fans aren't celebrating that enough. It's been a decade of them sweeping us every freakin season.
