North never makes this kind of statement, even when she is a Leader she says to fight until they have "equal rights" as they describe it, North would run through the cities breaking into civilians' houses and killing them, but all she does is try to free her people by attacking a camp where her people are being destroyed, rather than waiting for them to die People say that North manipulates Markus, when she simply disagrees with his ideas, but in reality Pop up aside, she shows her disagreement silently, she is only truly angry with Markus when he wants to hide or fails (but then Markus is managing the life of an entire people, he is not managing the elementary school play) and even though she can be a tough "bitch", North is shown to be the most vulnerable of the three advisors, she is so ashamed of her function and does not want to be judged for it even by her peers (I assume only potentially Markus knows this) and as much as I disagree with her relationship with Markus, I actually liked North who could become soft and show difficulty expressing her feelings for him, I found her quite sweet to be honest... she smiled when she was with him and seemed happy to spend time with him, otherwise she rarely smiles, the more Markus does good to Jericho, the more North admires him and the higher their relationship becomes (Jericho and North often get up together) I like to think that Markus is his moral compass, North can save Markus' life several times and sacrifice herself for him, Markus shows to be "weak" towards the end losing hope, but it is North who tries to lift him up and tells him that it is thanks to him that they got here, like Simon, she will defend Markus from Josh if Markus dies She may be a "bad girl" but she truly loves Markus, as does Simon, if Markus manages to get freedom for his people even in the peaceful path she is happy. Although north can be violent at times as a result of her experiences in her past. Her heart is pure and strong. She is the only one who volunteered to go to cyberlife warehouse to steal parts for Jericho while josh and Simon didn't want to initially but followed after North decided to go.
Maybe cause she was so violent even though her reasons were understanble. She could never love a human but only Markus, he was the only person that could ever understand her.
