I dont understand the enrichment scheme though, why is red enrichhed when it represents only 4 out of 21 elements, then why is square enriched when there are only 6 squares compared to 7 circles. The video does not explain why they used one tailed Welch test to rank the lipids and what they compared in the Welch test. If they compared lipid by lipid in ER vs. PM, then their lipids might be down- or up-regulated so a two-tailed test would be more appropriate....etc
