While sections of women esp in India are truly oppressed and need to be empowered, can we stop taking offence by reading discrimination into just about anything. What’s offensive about someone asking when you want to get married 🤔 Btw Sidharth you are so genuine and sincere in wanting to get perspective on the topic 😊 Please interview a range of different women from different strata and age groups to get a balanced view(not just woke view)

See I had got carried away too by these film actresses getting married late in their 30s and taking time to set their career etc. and kept thinking oh Kareena Kapoor had a child at 40 do it is easy to get pregnant late.. but my experience showed me I was wrong and there are these narratives being constantly pushed down our throats by these film actresses. For a regular girl in her late 30s the risk of getting married late means high risk of not able to hear a child as the biological clock waits for no one. Eggs loose quality and egg freezing, IVF, surrogacy are not readily available or affordable options for a common girl. These actresses openly talk about getting married late but never talk that they have also frozen their eggs, and that they have the money and contacts to go for IVF and surrogacy (a common bi-product of late marriage). Now if one does not want a child that’s absolutely fine, I am talking of girls like me who got carried away of career banao-late shaadi karo-late bache try karo.. everyday these actresses case is getting worst-Nayanthara married in late 30s and in 4 months of marriage has 2 babies. This scenario is never possible for a common middle class girl who get carried away by such interviews and statements that these actresses are making since many girls. So for experience requesting all girls in their early 30s to not delay marriage and having kids if you would like to have a child of your own
I don't think what actors/celebrities say or more importantly dont say should be a common man's inspiration to plan children. Anything medical should only be consulted with doctors and not anyone else. Putting that high onus on actors is dangerous in one too many ways.
But why should anyone do anything because someone else is doing it? Shouldn't we all understand what works for us and act accordingly? I think if people just analyse their situations and act accordingly things will work. I think that's the narrative these actors are pushing. They're not asking you to do what they're doing. They're telling you that it's okay to do what you want to do :)
See...different feild or profession demands different logics....its profitable..for her...to delay...all tht goals...but for some its not...as she said...do your own thing...own logics for ur life...just dont judge her concepts..n logics...we often get inspired by others ohh i want to do the same..as them...but its just copying...no.. get inspire by clearity..of their mind...how she is clear about wht she wants...i want be tht confident..n clear about..my needs n image, future...hope it helps...
