I prefer MING-TANG. Its quick recovery reduces downtime between actions, allowing me to maintain consistent evasive maneuvers. When I need more energy for chasing fast enemies or using high-EN equipment, I'll switch to the Hokushi or sometimes even the VP-20D. However, I've been mainly using the MING-TANG.
@ ah, I see. That makes sense; I’ve had similar suspicions. I tend to run a low-EN AC assembly which leverages Hokushi’s EN output to maximize supply efficiency, but am beginning to think Ming-tang’s faster recovery still makes it the better option. My playstyle prioritizes assault boosting, which is probably why I haven’t switched over permanently, but maybe I might make that change soon.
Great piloting! Do you like Hokushi or Ming-tang generator better?
