People kept saying how Chaeryeong or Lia is the mom of the group and said that Chaeryeong deserved to be the leader of the group...but they don't see this side of Yeji! Yeji deserved to be the leader of the group! She has been their leader since their trainee days! Even a small action from Yeji,just showed her motherly and leader side of her...example when Yeji carried the heaviest bag or when she waited all of the members to chop their tickets first... Sometimes it hurts me when i saw a comment saying "Chaeryeong is more like the unnie or more mature than Yeji" or "Lia is more like the leader than Yeji" like hello,just because the members love to tease Yeji,doesn't mean she is not mature or acted like a kid...This video just proved it ALL that they were WRONG Yeji is very patient with her members,which is made her a good leader! ImFriendly technically, ryujin’s their main and actual center but yeji’s always the one who starts their songs therefore she’s always in the center, especially at in the beginning and bridge. it’s not even connected to the whole leader and sacrifice thing.

Being outspoken and demanding people isn’t what defines being a good leader and Yeji just proves that. A leader can also guide the group from behind it’s a matter of how dependable they are and how much they’re willing to put their personal views and feelings aside for their group. I feel like people don’t give her credit for how much she cares and looks out for the other girls.

Ever since I’ve watched ITZY’s who’s who video, I’ve gotten sucked into this group and my bias came easily to me. It’s crazy that yeji is also an ISFJ and a leader, and seeing how well she leads, gives me hope on becoming the captain for this dance team in my school. Her personality really captivates me, I want to be like her, but I also really want to meet her and get a hug. I’ve always wanted an aura like hers and to be able to smile that big. Yeji is fr amazing. This is my first time stanning a girl group btw after spending 6-8 years stanning boy groups.
Leaders are chosen for a reason and it’s so amazing that leaders are like this. When I watch these leader moments it warms my heart because of the caring personality these idols have.
Yeji is a great peader she gives opportunity to other, if you are a real MIDZY you won't prefer anyone on other position, if you are a real MIDZY you will see this side of yeji. I think the members take care of each other really well and in their own unique ways. Chaeryeong and Lia are like the mothers in the group, Ryujin is the tough one while Yuna makes them laugh with her antics. But Yeji is the reliable leader who forms a strong foundation for her group. It can't be easy to be leader, so it's so admirable to see Yeji taking her role so seriously and do it with so much love for her team.
