If you don’t have the tongues, you don’t have the baptism of the Holy Ghost. This preacher didn’t mean you didn’t need the tongues, he said, when you get the Holy Ghost, you get the tongues. The tongues come with this gift so it’s definitely needed or God would not have given the manifestation. Those that are a born again Christians who have never received the baptism of the Holy Ghost as long as they are saved, they will go to heaven but given the chance to receive the Baptism of the Holy Ghost, they need to accept it and embrace every part of it. The Holy Ghost gives you boldness to testify, He is a teacher, a comforter and exactly what you need to stand in the power of God.
