This was so much fun to watch. What a roller-coaster! I really liked your first contact paper choice, so sad when it didn't work out. But your final backs with the gold lace print looks so dang good!!
Looks amazing! There is something so satisfying about making a deck truly your own with all the choices to make you happy with it. Thanks for sharing all your creative decisions! I will message you with the gold pen I have had luck staying on cards when I write on them.💜
Perfect timing! I've had this for months, never connected, tried it again recently and got one of the stereotyped indigenous American cards....it was on its way out the door. Stoked to follow your example and give it another chance
Good luck with your mod ! I just got the Fixwal black contact paper from Amazon. Honestly permanent adhesive vinyl might work even better, I just don't have any experience working with that material so I went with something I've used before.
I'm two minutes in and I'm sold on buying and modding this deck. I wanted it when I saw it in store but the formatting turned me sooooo off. You, however, are a genius.
Thank you, good luck with your mod ☺️ Same ! It's been on my radar since it came out but I didn't even consider it bc of the format but the artwork really is so pretty !
Maybe practice on some extra cards before trying it on a deck you care about. Once you get the hang of it it's not too hard and I've generally had good results !
This is beautiful. I love it! I have this deck and the images are so lovely but the backs drove me nuts. They didn’t match up with fronts and I also don’t resonate with affirmations. I’m a lil’ bit inspired. Thank you for this!
Ohhh so the First Nations art is stereotyped. I seeeee. I was thinking the warbonnets were incorrect somehow and looking up how they were meant to be depicted 😂 (I'm not from N America). I love the backings, BTW. I think the fade and variability gives the cards the feel of faded frescoes or old tiling, a little bit like The Sibyls Oraculum.
They look amazing!!!!! I love the idea of personalising decks ❤and looooooove the stamping! 💛
Loved every second of this. The renamed cards are delightful. That was my favorite part! ❤

I know I liked that one too, I just wish it felt better to the touch !
Great job, well done. The creator should contact you to refine the deck. Not joking.

Totally ! It was such a fun project and the deck now feels so personal and special. And thanks for the recs ☺️ !
O M G ! Absolutely fabulous ! LOVE it🧡🌺💕
You can spray paint card backs to reback too. It looks amazing and I love your titles. ❤
I thought about that but I was worried I would accidentally get some on the fronts 😅
What an improvement to the original deck, amazing! Your keywords are perfection! 🤩
Thanks you 😊

PS where did you get the super thin contact paper? Custom permanent adhesive vinyl is a thing btw

Beautiful! 😍🩷
This is nuts!!! lol
Amazing my friend ! Don’t know how you do it!!! 🧠🧠🧠
This was amazing, your paitence 😮
You totally upgraded that deck

Wow! I'm so scared to do this, but I want to on the Tarot of Transformation

Yes that’s perfect paper - I reback the I Ching of the goddess to stop the blue back ink transferring to the front..
Ohh that's been on my list to do for ages and I have a bunch of contact paper left over so that's a perfect idea of what to do with the rest of it !!
@@catomancytarot yes! 🙌🏽😁
