I'm sorry, but that first cop did nothing wrong. Not only was he new, but you can even hear him ask her "you don't mind if I pat you down, do you?" And she says "go ahead." It's very easy to overlook small details like that without having malicious intent. Example. One of my classmates tripped and was about go eat dirt on the hard school floor. I reflexively caught her. I had no intention to do that, I was just trying to help, and wasn't thinking of where my hand actually was. And oblivious people do exist. She got compensation for it, cool. But that doesn't mean the officer was acting maliciously. Which is why we don't hear that he was fired.
