@@akp3097 If raising marriageable to 20-21 is Anti-Islamic is also Anti-Semitic and Anti-Christian as it goes against both the Jewish and Christian Tradition. Jewish Tradition holds that both boys and girls must be at the age of puberty in order to marry. And according to Church Tradition, Blessed Virgin Mary was 13 at the time of the Redeemer's birth. But as for your claim that Muhammad married a little (ie. prepubescent) girl that is a blasphemous invention of later [perverse] Abbasid Hadith writers which is clearly in defiance of Ahsana al-Hadith which they themselves claim is their Quran, there is no Hadith other than Ahsana al-Hadith which need be considered. There are many things which the Standard Islamic Narratives have wrong concerning what is the Quran, what is Muhammad refers to, who Ahmed is, and who al-Masih Isa (ie. Christ Jesus) is. Muhammad was a 7th century title of the Temple of the Body of Christ, ie. the Image of Allah; not the name of a non-existant Arabian Prophet. Ashana al-Hadith Monophysite Text with a Tripartite Christology; in other words, Christ Jesus has three parts, in the Gospel according to John these three parts are called "His Body," "the Temple of His Body," and "His Spirit (ie. that which is also the Spirit of God who gave birth to Him);" in Ahsana al-Hadith these three parts are called, "Rasulullah," "Kalimatullah" and "Ruhullah." "Allah does not give birth nor was He born." refers to the fact that Allah is not himself al-Masih Isa, and that al-Masih Isa was born not of Allah, but of Ruhullah (ie. the Spirit of Allah) just as it is written in al-Injil. Ahmed, ie. a title of the Spirit of God which, was never intended to be seen as a human prophet, because if you read the verse which uses the title Ahmed (ie. Allah did not allow the believers to pray for forgiveness for the mushrikeen. Seeking forgiveness for a mushrik is something that is not permitted." Muslim narrated in his Saheeh [916] from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: «I asked my Lord for permission to pray for forgiveness for my mother, and He did not permit me. I asked Him for permission to visit her grave, and He granted me permission». This hadith makes it clear that Allah did not permit His Prophet, who is the noblest of His creation, to seek forgiveness for his mother after she had died. This is what Allah forbids in the aayah quoted above, and the hadith states this clearly.
Happy Pride Month. In Quakerism, there were a variety of attitudes about Jesus, (who was never talked about; just God was talked about), and anyone could be prayed for as every person has God in them.
1:55 That's an interesting point--some Christian sects really argue against saying "rest in peace" about the dead person at all, Christian or not. Instead they say prayers should focus on the well-being of loved ones (may God comfort so-and-so's children, etc.) because in their understanding, praying for the dead puts people above God, or something.
That's correct...for Protestants there is no point of praying for someone after they die (Christian or not) because the prayers will not change anything for the dead person so it's pointless...but you can always prays for anyone who is alive irrespective of their beliefs.
For Catholics, praying for the dead is a work of mercy since they have purgatory. Purgatory is a state in which the soul is being purified to make it holy so that it may dwell with God.
In Christianity(Protestant) you can only pray for someone who is still alive...there is no point of praying for anyone after they die( whether they die as a Christian or not) because that prayer can't change anything for that person...but you can always (and should ) pray for the relatives of the deceased irrespective of their beliefs.
Great work! Just one correction: Did you say Allah forbade Ibrahim to pray for his father because in the Quran Allah made one exception for Ibrahim to pray for his father and he was alive at that time. Best wishes dear brother.
It doesn't matter what the reality is or isn't, the question is why is it that only muslims claim proprietary rights to prayers to God? How stupid is that!
So my boyfriend is Muslim and we were talking about marriage blah blah and he said I can’t even pray for you when your dead and he started crying I felt so bad for him at that time I said to my self if the religion causes you so much pain why don’t you just leave until I started watching ex Muslim and realized it’s not that simple to leave Islam
good luck to you because it will hard to reconcile your differences unless he sees the light, and leaves Islam. How will you raise your kids? Do you plan to give your culture and values to your kids? Would you do Nikah- basically meaning a contract to have sex with a women- or a secular marriage?
@Friendly Exmuslim Sameer, On one hand you say you don't know much about Christianity, but then say it doesn't make sense for a Christian to pray for non believers who have not accepted Jesus, as though you've somehow fully comprehended it. FYI, unlike in the Koran, no where does Christ forbid praying for anyone, in any specific circumstance. As for the salvafic work of Christ, He alone would be the judge of who is to be saved or not... _Matthew 7:1-2_ ".. Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you shall be judged: and with what measure you mete, it shall be measured to you again..." ...and _Matthew 7:21_ "Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will. enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but he who. does the will of my Father who is in heaven..." Evidently, Shae Gill is doing exactly what, as a Christian, she should do.... Pray for people. The spiel about "love for each other" that you spoke of in humanism and secularism as though it is something new and unique discovered by those who abandoned religion, is in fact a borrowed concept from Christianity, or else what would incentivize anyone humanist or otherwise, to want to pray for people who have hurt and persecuted them and their communities? _Matthew 5:43-44_ “You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy, But I tell you, *LOVE YOUR ENEMIES AND PRAY FOR THOSE WHO PERSECUTE YOU* ..." This concept is quite unique to Christ, therefore based on this command alone we _must pray_ for everyone, even if they don't accept Christ. I hope you will do another video on this topic to clarify what Christ actually teaches his followers must do... Thank you... Ciao,⁹
The so-called Christian nations are the most enlightened and progressive...but in spite of their religion, not because of it. The Church has opposed every innovation and discovery from the day of Galileo down to our own time, when the use of anesthetic in childbirth was regarded as a sin because it avoided the biblical curse pronounced against Eve. And every step in astronomy and geology ever taken has been opposed by bigotry and superstition. The Greeks surpassed us in artistic culture and in architecture five hundred years before Christian religion was born. - Mark Twain, a BiographyReligion was invented when the first con man met the first fool. Mark Twain
Mark Twain was wrong. He was just human after all. You need to be careful as even among some Protestants during this time period in USA make false claims about the Catholic church that we know today were not true. They were trying to make the Catholics appear anti-science which is known to be false. Galileo theory actually went AGAINST the known science of his day and they didn't have powerful enough equipment to detect the shift in the stars as the earth goes around the sun. I think it was the mid- 19th century before the evidence backed Galileo.
You are partly right, about the (supposedly) Christian institutions in the period from roughly 10th century until the Renaissance movement, the movement very similar to today's Ex-Muslim movement, that started in the 13th century and lasted through the 16th century. The institutionalized control of the Church over medical and scientific advancement completely ended by the 18th century. But, the first couple of centuries, and that is a very long time for a social reform movement, up to the entire one thousand years after Jesus Christ, Christian values brought a great improvement in peoples lives, improved all types of human relationships and greatly reduced the existing injustice and atrocities in the Roman society (such as throwing unwanted children to garbage yards, selling poor women into prostitution, owning male and female sexual slaves, watching war prisoners being eaten alive by wild animals in arenas for fun, nailing political opponents to crosses and leaving them to die like that, etc etc). Islam sort of brought back the sadistic Roman society's ways.
When it comes to Science, Christianity has a mixed bag. So let me defend Christianity for now. Even before Aristarchus (BC250) there were both Heliocentric and Geocentric universe views. Aristarchus and a minority of scholars supported the Heliocentric view, he even suspected that the stars were just other bodies like the Sun. And centuries later sadly the church was siding with the Geocentric majority view, and hence the conflict. In Galileo's case, he and the pope were friends, then had conflict. By the time of Isaac Newton things changed, Newton was a believer and he worked on Theology too. Georges Lemaître a Catholic priest and physicist, was first to theorize the expanding universe(bigbang) theory. Christian missionaries have contributed in healthcare and research. Many old universities in the west were started by the Church as bible colleges. Printing presses for many Asian languages was started by Protestant missionaries to print bibles in the local languages, opposed Latin by Catholic. Said that, there are problems with main stream Christianity, like Abortion rights and Gay rights. And in the past witch hunting. Christians opposed to evolution and medicine are only a minority, but loud. Anesthetics in childbirth are offered in hospitals run by church mission, it is personal choice to use. Sometimes Anesthetics are not used as (1) the time to administer has passed (2) it is painful to take it so not much gain doing it (3) if used prolong delivery time, this one I am telling from experience.
I was listening to this and I find it absurd you don't see how atheism makes things worse. Under your worldview emotions aren't real in some higher sense they're just chemicals in the brain, we're all marionettes of our genetics and environment and causation we don't actually make our own choices, when people die they fade away forever and there's no meaning to any of it. How does that help humanity? It seems just as cruel as some Muslim telling another not to pray in many ways it's cruller because you deny anyone believing in a happy ending or even happy present in any meaningful way. Happiness flourishing it all ceases to matter, this is why you will never defeat religion or spirituality. If I was an atheist I would just lie and work against you with everything I could because you inherently make life less meaningful to people. Stop wagging your finger at them they're not doing anything wrong according to you, you have no standard you have no real way to value anything at all.
*JINNS OF ALLAH ( ISLAMIC )* ISLAM - A RELIGION OF JINNS ACCORDING TO THE QURAN. Just as Allah has divided mankind into two camps-the camp of Islam (Dar al‑Islam) and the camp of warfare (Dar al‑Harb,) Allah also has two worlds of the jinns-the world of Islamic jinns, and the world of un‑Islamic jinns. In verse 72:14 Allah says that only the jinns who embrace Islam are on the right track. Allah will use the non‑Muslim jinns as the fuels of hellfire. Ibn Kathir writes that Muhammad had a conversation with the jinns. Let us read 72:18-19. 72:18: And the mosques are for Allâh (Alone), so invoke not anyone along with Allâh. (Tr. Hilali and Khan) 72:19: (It has been revealed to me that) When the slave of Allâh (Muhammad) stood up invoking (his Lord Allâh) in prayer to Him they (the jinns) just made round him a dense crowd as if sticking one over the other (in order to listen to the Prophet's recitation). (Tr. Hilali and Khan). In Surah 72:18 ibn Kathir writes that the jinns said to Muhammad, `How can we come to the Masjid while we are distant, meaning very far away - from you and how can we be present for the prayer while we are far away from you. So Allah revealed this verse (that is, 72:18). Ibn Kathir even mentions that nine jinns visited Muhammad at Nakhla when Muhammad was reciting the Qur'an there. Elaborating on the context of 72:19, he writes that when Muhammad stood in prayer, a multitude of jinns surrounded him to listen to him (the Qur’an). When they heard Muhammad reciting the Qur'an they almost mounted on top of him due to their zeal. When they heard him reciting the Qur'an they drew very near to him. Muhammad was unaware of the jinns until Gabriel came to him and made him recite Surah 72:1 Say, [O Muhammad], "It has been revealed to me that a group of the jinn listened and said, 'Indeed, we have heard an amazing Qur'an.

They did the same with the Christian Palestinian journalist who was shot recently. The dauwah gangs were even making videos to instruct people not to pray for her.
if someone I like gets injured sick or dies, I pray to god / Jesus for that person what is wrong with it. Shouldn't it be quite human
Should God forgive someone who accepted Jesus and loved Jesus even though this man shot 18 kids and killed 2 teachers+? If the Uvalde shooter loved and believed in jesus, many Christians tell me and PRIESTS including tell me he is going to heaven. Tell me how fucked that is?
Dr Abdul Kalam the founder of Indian missile program when died all of India cried and prayed
Regarding the Christian question the Vatican adopted a policy called "anonymous Christians" during a bunch of modernising reforms where a person could technically get to heaven if their sort of like general attitude is Christianlike. I personally think its quite dumb but it's what they went with

Not being able to pray for the fallen? In my country we support our troops and the sacrifice they made during warfare. You will find a monument to our fallen in every village and town. This will take a long time to dilute our culture of praying for the non Muslims who fought and died for us because it is deeply fundamental to our culture.
What country is that
In USA it is a common practice to pray for the fallen. You will find monuments, but not sure it is there in every village and town
We can't pray simply because God will not forgive you anyways. It doesn't mean if we do pray that we are going to hell.

Different sects of Christianity view hell differently. Hell is locked from the inside. One's own hatred of God and/or guilt is/are what binds oneself to Hell. So, I pray that God opens the eyes of those who have bound themselves to Hell, that they might be saved from "knowing not what they do" ie. "being in a state of madness and confusion".
But Christian don’t kill for people who criticizes their religion…
@@akp3097 Your point?
@@idris_haris_al-kalima Christian can criticize their religion for some unpractical traditions are in book.. and let it go with time… can muslims? Oh Muhammad married young girl so if country wants to raise marriage age to 20-21 then it’s anti-islamic and they will start protest which usually turns violent instead of understanding science of woman’s body for healthy child….
Ashana al-Hadith Monophysite Text with a Tripartite Christology; in other words, Christ Jesus has three parts, in the Gospel according to John these three parts are called "His Body," "the Temple of His Body," and "His Spirit (ie. that which is also the Spirit of God who gave birth to Him);" in Ahsana al-Hadith these three parts are called, "Rasulullah," "Kalimatullah" and "Ruhullah."
"Allah does not give birth nor was He born." refers to the fact that Allah is not himself al-Masih Isa, and that al-Masih Isa was born not of Allah, but of Ruhullah (ie. the Spirit of Allah) just as it is written in al-Injil.
Ahmed, ie. a title of the Spirit of God which, was never intended to be seen as a human prophet, because if you read the verse which uses the title Ahmed (ie. Worthy of Praise) literally, it says is 'And when Isa ibn Mariam said: "O Children of Israel! Lo! I am the messenger of Allah unto you, confirming that Torah which is between my hand, and bringing good tidings of a messenger who cometh after me, whose name is worthy of praise." Yet when he hath come unto them with clear proofs, they say: "This is mere magic."' - Surah 61:6

{مَا كَانَ لِلنَّبِيِّ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَن يَسْتَغْفِرُوا لِلْمُشْرِكِينَ وَلَوْ كَانُوا أُولِي قُرْبَىٰ مِن بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمْ أَنَّهُمْ أَصْحَابُ الْجَحِيمِ}
'Translation' {It is not (proper) for the Prophet and those who believe to ask Allah's forgiveness for the Mushrikoon, even though they be of kin, after it has become clear to them that they are the dwellers of the Fire (because they died in a state of disbelief)} [al-Tawbah:113]
Al-Qurtubi said in al-Ahkaam [8/173]: "This aayah means that one should cut off ties of close friendship with the kuffaar, whether they are alive or dead. Allah did not allow the believers to pray for forgiveness for the mushrikeen. Seeking forgiveness for a mushrik is something that is not permitted."
Muslim narrated in his Saheeh [916] from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: «I asked my Lord for permission to pray for forgiveness for my mother, and He did not permit me.
Heretic your own religion condemns you to hell
Purgatory is a state in which the soul is being purified to make it holy so that it may dwell with God.
that's why Islam is the religion of peace
In Christianity(Protestant) you can only pray for someone who is still alive...there is no point of praying for anyone after they die( whether they die as a Christian or not) because that prayer can't change anything for that person...but you can always (and should ) pray for the relatives of the deceased irrespective of their beliefs.

@Friendly Exmuslim
Sameer,
On one hand you say you don't know much about Christianity, but then say it doesn't make sense for a Christian to pray for non believers who have not accepted Jesus, as though you've somehow fully comprehended it.
FYI, unlike in the Koran, no where does Christ forbid praying for anyone, in any specific circumstance. As for the salvafic work of Christ, He alone would be the judge of who is to be saved or not...
_Matthew 7:1-2_
".. Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you shall be judged: and with what measure you mete, it shall be measured to you again..."
...and
_Matthew 7:21_
"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will. enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but he who. does the will of my Father who is in heaven..."
Evidently, Shae Gill is doing exactly what, as a Christian, she should do....
_Matthew 5:43-44_
“You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy, But I tell you, *LOVE YOUR ENEMIES AND PRAY FOR THOSE WHO PERSECUTE YOU* ..."
This concept is quite unique to Christ, therefore based on this command alone we _must pray_ for everyone, even if they don't accept Christ.

👏😐

*JINNS OF ALLAH ( ISLAMIC )*
ISLAM - A RELIGION OF JINNS ACCORDING TO THE QURAN.
(Tr. Hilali and Khan)
72:19: (It has been revealed to me that) When the slave of Allâh (Muhammad) stood up invoking (his Lord Allâh) in prayer to Him they (the jinns) just made round him a dense crowd as if sticking one over the other (in order to listen to the Prophet's recitation).
