Being a Vegas local, when Adam said "Its not in the best area" that can be said about literally anywhere in Vegas besides the Strip. The sketchiest places here have the best food spots though without a doubt

Clunking noise when turning left on my Evo 6 was the suspension top mount bushings. Might be worth upgrading to some new Ralliart bushings if you haven't already.

The Hunter lift is my favorite at the shop I work at. Ours isn't in the ground and it sucks if you have a lowered car. Definitely recommend dropping it into the concrete.
For lowered cars. The rack in the floor is a MUST. I do alignments on slammed AF cars on a normal rack, I use 12' aluminum ramps to get cars onto it. I'd definitely be trying for alittle higher caster if possible

@Gio Dezera gotta convince her. Means you don't have to do crazy things to get cars onto the dang thing. You'd laugh so hard when I try to get a slammed 350z on our rack that has less than an inch of ground clearance and negative 18° of camber in the rear. It's a nightmare is the easiest way to describe it.
I'm not sure about the Evo, but most abs cars have a sensor for each wheel, and if it fails for whatever reason, that wheel will definitely lock up while the others function properly. It will definitely shine the light on the dash as well. Hopefully it's simple as replacing the sensor.

my dad used to own a evo 5 for years until he sold it because he drove it to the ground and he couldn't really find parts for it in Australia anymore so he got rid of it , he wasn't happy about letting it go, he said it was like driving a oversized go kart because of how much fun and easy it is to drive lol
So glad you're using Brian and the boys at Kaiju, they've always been so great to work with. The exposure this shop has been getting lately is well deserved, they've done nothing but perfect work on my car and my friends.

adam mat armstrong bmx started your gt3 twice once by bumpstarting and a second time by fixing what prevented the car from starting and key starting it please check out the car in florida at tavarish's workshop the car still needs a lot of work and mat is bringing structurely parts from the uk

The mityvac pneumatic recovery tank is awesome for recovering all kinds of fluids, I bet you could use a good induction heater for those stubborn bolts as well.

Okay I feel this is quite important information regarding the new alignment rack at the compound. I'm not sure if the mounts are backwards compatible or if you can have two sets of mounts for one machine, but the older style wheel mounts that mount on the rim of the wheel is better for cars that are low. The newer style that mounts to the tire isnt low car friendly at all. I legit cant get an alignment for my WRX unless i find a shop with the older style wheel mounts. Figured since Mike is a stancy boy this would be helpful info. Haha but fr even if you're not a stancy boy, and just have a car that's low the new style of mounts won't work.

It's a boxer engine, it's pistons run horizontally instead of vertically or on a 30degree or whatever degree it is on regular motors....

Had similar issue under hard braking at the track and realized I had intermittent problem with one of the ABS sensor
Only after a couple laps
I guess the sensor was getting so hot and just didn’t want to be a part of it
One wheel was locking up and the other one was struggling with the abs trying to compensate for the other side
Very scary
Changed the faulty sensor confirmed that my front calipers were working properly and never happened again
This is how his 4 rotor should sound. Idk how he's got the exhaust built on the mk5 supra, but it really needs some work to sound like it should

I have the same alignment machine at work. I your toe was a way off centre. Your car will pull more according to your toe over camber. Especially when it's a very small difference between sides. Enjoying the content as all ways
Toe doesn't effect pull. It only effects tire scrub and the location of the steering wheel. Caster and camber definitely cause pulls in relation to each other
@MADFORCE32 it does affect pull. If your toe is pointing right, your car will drift right while going straight. You're correct with the other to symptoms, his camber wasn't to bad considering how much it takes. Might be a good idea to get his own alignment machine/ ramp.
@William Rainbow 85% of the time that's not at all what happens. The only way that happens is if parts are worn into a specific spot and it memory steers. If your toe is pointing to the right. Your steering wheel is low left and you want to straighten it, causing the car to go right. I've been doing alignments and raceway alignments for 10 years.
@MADFORCE32 In my experience, it's the toe that affects steering. I don't often do alignments due to having a team that can do them as well. But generally, if find the toe is the culprit and most of the time the camber isn't adjustable. Nice to chat with you anyways.
