Is that experience from skycourt or other dlf buildings around this. Some older buildings have bad plaster quality but skycourt is quite new so surprising it has the same issue

I am residing owner , I can tell better . Except Ultima and Primus no society is better than Skycourt in entire new Gurgaon . Peeling of plaster is also not prominent except at few places . You can itself visit and see.
All these tenant people are nonsense . Now rent has been increased which they can’t pay thats why the keep spreading foolish information.
