By memory Mapped IO we use all the memory instructions for data transfer and in IO Mapped IO we use only IN and OUT instructions for data transfer. I have also covered serial communication in my playlist of 8085
INTR is a hardware interrupt. Where as software interurrupts are generated by RST 0 to RST 7 instructions (which has opcodes C7, CF etc...) by the processor

Software interrupt caused by internal system/errors/system calls not by external i/o device you explained wrong.
INTR ALSO get instructions from external device why it is not a software interrupt..
It is hardware interrupt
