    Mango and Bagoong is a traditional Filipino appetizer made by mixing unripe mangoes and fermented shrimp paste. The mixture is sweet, sour, salty and it also has an umami taste. The combinations of the flavors creates a delicious and unique taste that is well-loved by the Filipinos.
    Mangoong or mango bagoong salad can be paired with grilled or fried dish such as pork, fish or chicken.
    ingredients:
    4kg mango(hilaw)
    Bagoong:
    1kg alamang
    4 cups vinegar
    2 cups cooking oil
    3 bulbs of garlic, minced
    4-5 cups brown sugar(more or less)
    *if you want less sweet just use 1-2 cups of brown sugar
