US will pitch for F21 as they already know that no more counties would buy them and US airforce is gona retire F-16 in 5-8 years and we must note that F21 though said to be a new fighter but market names it as a derivative of F16 so US wont pitch F35 as that technology with S400 would cost them their stealth as Friend and Foe needs to be added in S400 that is done by the radar signatures so US wont be willing to compromise the same to Russia when it comes to F35 as its gona have a long journey in their airforce
So either of two would be possible S400 or F35
My personal choice would be S400
