    Absolute Gold:
    Switching triggers >> demographics
    1) Bad Experience
    2) Change in Circumstances
    3) Awareness
    .
More to ponder upon and talk to customers for my usecase!
    Thank you

Chat GPT prompt to get initial Ideas for your ICP:
I wanted to create my ideal custome profiles based on switching triggers. For instance what made them switch over form what they are doing currently to a new solution. For example: A sleeping matress company can target its customers between 2-4am in the night when they are actually have bad experience with the current matress. Or 2nd is Change in circumstances, like a person is moving in with girlfriend so needs a new matress OR the person has a back ache, so the doctor recommends to by a better mattress. This comes under Awareness.
So using the similar framework generate switching triggers for into these three categories 1) Bad experience 2) Change in Circumstances 3) Awareness. Give best 20 triggers in each categories. Also give a framework of customer interview questions to gain insights into such switching triggers. You can use mom test book philosophy here.

The idea of prioritizing causality over demographics in customer segmentation is spot on.
It encourages a more strategic approach to targeting the right audience.

Happy to see you sharing content on YT again and YT’s algorithm recognizing my interest again. Switching events, interesting take. I’ll dive into this for us.

Great stuff. It's like testing browser capability rather than version - Bayes keeps coming back.

This makes total sense . Switching triggers are needs and pain point driven. I always imagine that if a group of people, regardless of demographics share a common need and desired outcome, they will instantly bond. That's your traget audience.

@@chanrex5109As switching trigger is an attribute of ICP or early adopters, I prefer putting it there.
