Wow! 25% of your net income put aside for Sinking Funds AND Savings is a very good choice! Whenever I get a chance, I direct people to your channel to learn how to manage money. Do you have any plan to save for a new car in the future? A condo life always includes Condo Fees that are monthly and always escalate. Having a plan to pay cash for your cars can relieve the pressure of this new type of cost of living. But, look at you!! Talking about how you scrimped to put money aside for removing debt from your life, and now, you can enjoy increasing budget to live in the present as you save for your future. I LOVE your channel.
