🔴 ZENER DIODE || Semiconductor - 10 || in HINDI
Вставка
- Опубліковано 21 лют 2019
- In this Physics video in Hindi we explained the working of Zener diode with diagram for class 12. We also explained the V-I characteristics of Zener diode. It is a special kind of p-n junction diode. Zener diode is a heavily doped p-n junction diode. For that reason the electric field inside the depletion region becomes very strong and that can pull off valence electrons from Si-Si covalent bond and creates huge amount of current.

This man is a fantastic teacher!!!
Sahi kaha "no internet" wale dino bhaiya
Indeed
Yeahhh completely agree

Breakdown also takes place in zener diode but the difference between zener and avalanche breakdown is that -
In Avalanche, breakdown takes place at high voltage whereas in zener, breakdown takes place at low voltage
And whatever the process of breakdown, such diodes in which bteakdown process is used are called Zener diodes.
Thank you
Bt avalanche's breakdown also happened in photo diode.
I was watching some Zener diode video, but the Visualization is incomplete, I got a good source in youtube, and @Irfan, you can see this one

Avalanche breakdown happens due to impact ionization and zener breakdown happens due to field ionization for exact understanding please refer the link

Reverse breakdown is of two types
A) Avalanche breakdown
B) zener breakdown
Tqq bro I just understanded clearly after reading ur text 🙂
electron:-muje pass aane mat do..barbad ho jaoge
p-n junction diode:- me barbad hona chata hu.

The clarity with which you explain the concept is your superpower ....... 🙏🙏
Your every lecture is amazing...
Thank you so much sir for providing us such a knowledgeable lectures.🙏🏻🙏🏻
Whenever I'm confused i come here any my doubts are crystal clear! Thank you so much sir for your efforts 🙇🏻♀️
Everytime stuck in concept from other teacher this channel is ans of every doubt...thnku so much sir❤
Best lecture ever received on semiconductors. I have also seen the FET transistor apart from BJT transistor. Sir,please make more theory related video on electronics and communication
your every lecture gives deep understanding...your channel is blessing for me sir....thank you...
Thank you so much sir for making zener concept so easy.🙏
Sarjii aap bhagvan se kam nhi ho mere lie.
Koi bhi subject ya topic kyuon naa ho , lekin mazaa bahoot aata he apse sikhne mein .😭😭😭😭👍👍👍👍👍
I also agree

Sir! i loved the way you teach, it has helped me alot in understanding certain basics. Can you please make a video on Schottky diode as well? i will be very grateful. Thank you
The way you teach is extremely good sir. It is bcoz of u that i find these topics interesting. We really need such kind of great teachers.🙏🙏
Literally huge salute.Pehle toh start mai lga kya hoga ,soch rha tha roast karne ka insta pe but jab lecture shi se chalu huua tab ek ek concept clear ho gya..
I watched many videos to understand the concept of zener breakdown effect... All were great... But I understood it completely only after watching your video... Thank you sir... You are great ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
thankyou for your hardwork sir .... lots of love to you for making my phy journey easier....
I always try to understand the mechanics of diode:failed but now I know the way
thank you sir
this channel is fabolous for the specific topic of physics.I usually use to watch physics content from this channel
I m watching ur video from Qatar ... Basically I m from automobile field but I continuously watch ur videos for getting knowledge of electronic ...way of ur teaching style is awesome...
Isse badiya teacher nahi ho skta koi...thanq u
Sir...u r the best, your teaching style is just awesome
I watched video of this channel first time. You are one of the best explainer to me.Thank you
Sir i am reading bsc physics hons bt your teaching style really clear my all doubt and its help to understand my analog physics...thanku sir...sir plz give some video related to bsc physics..🙏🙏
Super sir
आज तक जितनी भी किताबो से पढ़ा था ,समझ में नहीं आया था लेकिन अपने जो example दिया उससे सब समझ में आ गया
Edupoint is the most underrated. This man is genius. I am just loving his videos.
Salute ur teaching. Jab app padathe ho Sir subject mai pura dubh jata hu. Aur patta nahi chalta ki vedio kab katam hua
Sir.. you have the best way of explaining. .thank you sir ...👍👍
Thank You sir for your awsome lecture , it totally cleared the concept that I was really lagging behing , it was just a heart throbbing presentation
Pranam gurudev...apki teachings methodology mere andar k shikshak ko bar bar jga deti h...
bohat achi logic app ne bataee tree wali thank
Thank you very much....edupoint...best...teachs & explainer...
Loved it ❤️♥️
I have never seen anything like this ...fantastic
Thank you sirji....best explanation.thnks
Thank you so much!!! This video has helped me a lot.. Tomorrow is my physics exam and I'm confident now that I can attempt all the questions asked in viva...
tq so much sir for such effective teaching..keep uploading such many more video regarding 2nd puc physics
Thank you Edupoint..this was very helpful 🙏🏻
Awesome teaching level...if I was awared of this channel during my engineering,,I didn't get less marks in electonics. #mech

Hi
Hooo
Sir aap cutoff region ,saturation region and active region in transistor topic par video banaiye.aapki video se bhut help milti hai mujhe samajhne me.
Sir, your teaching style is too good for indian education system. Yahan facts aur knowledge pe marks nahi milte hain, ratne ke capability pe milte hain.
Every lecture gives deep understanding...loved your teaching
Thanks sir , I need it......... Thank you very much...
Fantastic explanation. Sir thanks a lot !
what a video... what a presentation... just wow..... and specially ur voice is so smooth....

18:50 *thin depletion region = large electric field = more no.of electrons from p to n = more current without heat (No collision only high E)*
Property of zener diode due to which it does not get destroyed..
Edit: when minority electron from p side moves through very thin depletion region, the possibility of collision with other electrons of 'Si' atom present in depletion later is very less due to which no heat is produces.
Large amount of current is produced by the large amount of electrons that are moved by the very high *E* (zener) as (E = V/d )due to small distance of depletion region.
dear can you clearfiy me please me in mineritoy electrons move from p to n how these collide with atoms in depltion region as we know that depletion is hollow .
@@rizwanhayat2019 there are no holes or electrons but Si atom ke electrons toh hote hai depletion region mein
Possibility of collision with those Si atom electrons is negligible due to very narrow depletion region

@@rizwanhayat2019 in depletion layer it's an myth that deplection layer is empty actual some nuetral silicon atoms which get diffused are present there nuetral atoms means their valency is complete..
