There's no switch for the dashboard lights. Do you get the orange lights come on when you put the ignition on? Those lights actually dim slightly when my headlamps are on. If it's the previous model Ducato there was an update to keep the dashboard lights on all the time. Maybe your lights on the dashboard aren't working at all?
Did you find any other way of resetting the Oil Change value on that menu other than having it done via a computer plugged into the port? I had to drive 1500 miles back through Spain & France with it flashing at me!
No, but I read there was a way that involved some complicated process about holding a button in whilst pressing the clutch, or something like that. I forget what it said, but I tried it and it didn't work!
Yes, there was an update to the software that controls the dashboard lights to make them stay on all the time, not just when the lights are on. It helped a bit. Ask your Fiat Professional dealer.
Hi Bob, can you answer a question for me :) When you press the large red switch to turn on the Hazard lights, does the red switch flash as well as the indicator lights on the dash? Cheers, Pete

As you say when the ignition is on the centre lights up but when the Hazards are on the red switch does not flash. In some cars the switch flashes, I thought I had a problem :) Cheers, Pete

What a awkward, complicated bloody set up. Just traded in 08 Duetto for new Auto Trail tribute 615 on Fiat 130 chassis. Trying to find trip set up but lacking in time to play with, and yes it's easy to get lost. Thanks for posting. It's a two berth so the 615 number may be wrong, it's lying down the yard in back of tractor shed.
Good video, do your dogs ever sit in the front on a knee or even "riding shotgun" for you in the passenger seat with a harness on? In these cases we should probably turn off the passenger air bag then ...or perhaps they shouldn't be encouraged to sit there in the first place. Try telling my three that, you put one down, the other pops up! That is why we got a van with a garage for their large crate. Now they are older and calmer they usually get to travel in the van on the floor in their beds.

Thanks Bob, The menu layout is not that dissimilar to our Fiat 500. It can be extremely annoying when you get stuck in a menu!!

Bear in mind I now have a 2019 Ducato, but no, it's only lit if the ignition is on and does not flash.

Great video Bob, can you check the adblue levels on the Ducato dashboard? Or do you have to wait for the light to appear?
This was not an adblue model, and my latest one isn't either, so afraid I don't know. I guess you get a warning when it's low.

You probably need to have the Ecu reset by a garage with the correct equipment.

No we use a travel crate for the dogs. The travel crates are on the floor behind the drivers seat.
