So in this video we’re going to compare the active noise cancelation performance while at cruising altitude on the Bose QC Ultra, and Bose QC, versus the Sony 1000XM5’s and Sony 1000XM4’s. Now its very important to point out that these ANC test were taken while at cruising altitude cause the atmospheric pressure change affects the overall ANC performance on these headphones when compared to ground level.

What I really really want to know is which one blocks out the most noise from babies crying and kids talking or screaming in the plane whilst cruising altitude??? 🤔🤔
That's the true test I'd like to know the answer to...
Please try to test those things out...
. Thanks for posting this video.
Review the new ue speaker and compare it to the megaboom 3 and hyperboom
I had a completely different experience. I have the XM4, XM5 and QC Ultra. The Ultras are more comfortable, have a better case and equally good ANC, without the frustrating adaptive pressure of the XM5. If you wear glasses the Ultra is an easy winner too.
how is the anc bass and sound compared to Sony beats senheiser and apple just curious? I understand if unsure
@@efraintrejo3629 Compared to the Sony XM5 ANC is better for sure (especially if you wear glasses). Sound quality is more neutral (less bass - not a bad thing). I can’t comment on the Apples.
@poppys33d awesome I'm considering getting the ultras but I've been having a though time with all these other headphones
bose open ultra review?
I wonder on the XM5s having to constantly calibrate air pressure impacts that battery life? It seems like it must, so it seems like a tradeoff. We spent most of our life on the ground and generally not in significant pressure changes.
I think the XM4s did it right having a calibration option to use when you knew you were in a change of air pressure.
I suppose Bose figured it wasn't worth it for 1 or 2 times people fly where they might use their headphones to sleep and so the NC was good enough as it is since they are some of the best on the ground
the battery impacvt i think is neglible, its like the battery impact of the wear sensor basically nothing.
Sony always be the Best!!! 👍🏻😎👍🏻
Bose Open Ultra?
But who doesn't have the music or sound, etc on when you're wearing your headphones??
This test basically just tests the white noise of these headphones...
