    Hi Vanessa, Thank you for this video. Next I would like to see what kind of stretching and exercises you recommend before doing private and common classes. In the last 2 years I've been experiencing often pain in my left ankle, as well as at times in the achilles, after repeated pivots. Little did I know I'd caused my self a stress fracture in my lower tibia and a sprained ankle's ligament, 3 months ago 😢
    I've never stretched/warmed up before classes, and I wouldn't know where to start and what to do for my ankles and tibia. Many thanks ❤

      Hello, sorry to hear about your injury :( you can find a serie of warm ups via "access all" membership. Warming up is always a good idea, especially after injury. But what I've noticed is that repetitive uses of a non balanced/aligned movement is often causing those injuries. I will add this topic to my list of videos to do. Take care

    Do the different shape heels affect how you dance, or your balance?

      The placement of the heel on the shoe can definitely affect your balance, but the shape of the heel, not so much.. It usually only affects the sensation of balance

    Thanks Vanessa . I noticed that you don’t wear high heel tango shoes in some of the video , can you say Seth about practice shoes ?
