13.64 fps is so random and specific, how did ebix even figure that out
alright so i asked ebix about it and he said:
"Its probably not only possible on 13.64 but thats the one i found. I found it out by going to the the orb spam and changing my fps around to make sure i get past the spikes by having the fps right, but also having the fps high enough to do the other parts. Doing the orb spam means you have a low enough frame rate to where you can have a big enough grace frame but to where you dont hit the spikes at the bottom or dont make it past the last spike. "
he also clarified that 13.64 fps was the highest fps he could get that actually worked which is why he told me to use it

Excluding decorations(aka no change in opacity of objects) it'll take time.
Otherwise, it'll still take time until the bot learns making a long level with completely invisible blocks.

that would be an interesting idea but i would have to add in my own parts in order to like make it a full length level. that being said ebix is currently making a level out of parts of tldne levels that he is going to fully decorate

7:32 That's not a fps thing, that's a actually how cube can sometimes behave after practice. The most notable example - Electroman Adventures. Try to just beat it in practice, maybe die a few times, but finish it and right after that just go through the level in normal mode without leaving the level. Try to go for the first coin and you probably won't be able to, because you'll be held hostage by the breakable blocks of all things that are covering up the coin passage
