Yes. The channel of mutation is the 3/60.
50/27 is not an individual channel. Is part of the defense circuit. I didn’t understood in what way you are relating the two channels.

hello, dear tan! gate 50.1 is the north node of my design and I also got gene key 50.6 as a vocation on the gene keys profile. I assume by the research I did so far that this might lead to a diplomatic career or destiny. maybe you could interpret this for me a little further? i am a pure generator, the only activated channel is 3/60 and I have a 4/1 profile. In Human design this is your point of deepest transformation. Very obsessive point. You can get an online gene key profile and see if it pops up, if not then it's not in your genetics per say. But if it is in HD then it's an energy point.
