Carlos is spot on with his reasoning for struggling to score 40 points per game. We’ve seen it two years in a row now where Mario jumps in on offensive play calling and starts trying to run it up the gut. It’s a real concern. It appears Dawson called the whole A&M game so maybe there’s hope if Mario doesn’t meddle.

Dalvin Cook. Beat us 3 straight years basically singlehandedly and we should've had him. Insult and injury.

I thought of him as well. Great call!

Donna allowed Nevin to be around the program. You’re absolutely correct

These two went from “the grant of rights is ironclad and clemson and fsu are ridiculous for thinking they’re leaving” to now saying “Miami just needs to win and they might get a P2 offer.” 😂

That FIU game where their players were literally flopping on the field on cue

No Univ of Maryland or Frank Reich for the largest comeback victory ever vs Miami as a big villain? What about the City of Miami who decided to tear down the Orange Bowl? That was a villainous act!

I mentioned Frank Reich when Manny talked about Doug Flutie. Great call with the City of Miami.

Oh, and don’t forget UVA for stomping a mud-hole in UM the last home game at the Orange Bowl.

A lot of these guys just don't like school when it should be the 1st thing on their minds. Most lower round draft picks wind up broke and picking up trash in city parks.

I agree unless you are a top 3rd or maybe 4th round pick you should come back to school but it happens every year.

Butch Davis was cleared of wrong doings. Miami never forgave him for having gone to the Browns.

    • @KatyAlmond-gb9jo

Davis’ former players, told North Carolina radio station WJMH that “everyone” in the athletic department knew about so-called paper classes, and that Davis even told his players, “If you all came here for an education, you should have gone to Harvard.”
      Yeah...uh huh. You've now been schooled. You're welcome. 😁

The biggest enemy of Miami football has always been the actual University of Miami and it's leadership. Truth is Miami doesn't deserve a winning program with how the school/leadership neglected the gift they were blessed with by Howard Schnellenberger and all those great players from the 80s and 90s.

Butch Davis killed his Miami comeback with his academic scandals at UNC. No way The U was going to destroy our academic reputation for a football coach.

I think it’s a little unfair of your assessment of Dawson when he was hindered by poor quarterback play.

    • @carlosledo8623
      @carlosledo8623 4 місяці тому

That’s fair, but his lack of creativity with the offense and waiting until the end of the season to adjust things and make his QB feel more comfortable are squarely on him.

Mark Dnofrio was the worst coach I’ve ever seen. Can’t blame Butch Davis he wanted the Miami job again and basically begged for it.
