As usual...Geeat tutorial! You never disappoint. I would love to continue to see you stitching on a variety of designs. Maybe doing a STITCH SUPPORT series like your SKETCH SUPPORT ones. Just food for thought! No matter what you put out, I typically watch it immediately, then tag it to one of my you tube watch lists...this video went to my Sewing on Paper list along with other videos by Paige Evans etc. Then I'll typically watch your videos to get inspired, remind myself how you did something or just because I'm in the mood to binge watch Allison Davis at work. I promise I'm not a stalker - Just a HUGE FAN of your work!
Thank you so much!! That's so nice of you to say such complimentary things!! And "Stitch Support"...fantastic idea!! Don't give me a reason to stitch more!! LOL!!
This is a fantastic tutorial! I have been doing embroidery for many years but just recently on my scrapbook pages. You gave me so many helpful tips. Thank you!
Allison, you did a great job explaining everything very thorough. This is helpful for beginners as well as us veterans. Always learn something new. Thanks so much.
Thank you for an excellent tutorial. Luckily, I was able to get three of your template kits recently when they were restocked. I hope more will be added to the collection.
Brilliant! What as great idea! Will you be creating designs that I can adapt to 8.5x11 pages? I already see I can take parts of the templates you have shown here and perhaps some I could arrange to stitch over a 2-page layout. Will you be designing some word template as well? So many questions LOL! Thanks Allison for all of the inspiration you share with us!
I hadn't thought about making ones for 8-1/2 x 11 pages, but I'm going to keep that in mind. I might see if I can make some by request or something like that. I'll just have to think it over and see if I can make that work. I am working on some word ones as well. I have some large quote style designs and some cut out title pieces as well. I'm glad you enjoyed it and thank you for watching!!
Definitely going to try these. I used to cross stitch many moons ago and this reminds me of it. My eyes aren't what they used to be but I'll give it a shot. Do you have a link to a complete kit that includes an organizer and floss? Thanks!
Hi Allison ! Thank you for this awesome video, I think I’m ready to try stitching on a large scale! I went to order your template kit but don’t see the one with huge water drops! My grandchildren are swimmers and are always at the pool, but no waves there. Is that one in the works or someplace else on your website?
Thank you so much for your kind words! The water drop one will go up for pre-order in December. Then in January all of them will be added to the store. We wanted to space out pre-orders in the beginning because they are time consuming to make and we didn't know what to expect as far as how many people would order.
I’m so sorry, the preorder ended, but we are going to add them to the site again soon. The preorder was just to help gauge how many we needed to stock up on. Be sure to check back sometime!
Love this❤ I’m trying to find how to order these templates and I have been unsuccessful…could you please share a link or give me some direction? Thanks 😊
Thank you SO much for this video! I'm saving it to refer back to when I start my chain link stitch layouts!
You are so welcome! I'm glad it was helpful!!

Such a great product, I wish I had more time to stitch!! (And of course the eyesight to do it with )
Thank you!! I wish I had more time to stitch too! It's my favorite thing to do and I could easily get caught up in doing it all day everyday!
Such great information!

I don't have a link for that. I wish there was a really great one to pass along to you! I typically buy individual floss.

Just found this great tutorial! I can't seem to find these templates on your website though. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Thanks for this video. I want to embroider some very simple flowers on paper to embellish some pages. Can anyone advise how to do this?

The pre-order for these templates has ended. We might add more of them to the store at a later date. So sorry!
Can you create these into a svg file so we can use it like a cut file
