We had the trofie pasta in the Cinqua Terra in Italy with the pesto...so delicious. I can buy it at an Italian market here in Seattle but you can also get it seasonally at Trader Joe’s...maybe not exactly the same

I will keep you and your mom in my prayers. I went through that up and down blood pressure routine until a hospital stay straightened it out. Very scary! Mu mom was not taking her meds as directed, so make sure your mom is taking what she needs every day and not doubling up or skipping all together. Once we got that straightened out, she was fine. Love your haul from Trader Joes!
