Sorry to hear that and yes it's very important
*meat (beef or mutton) take big pieces of them .
*Merinate meat with salt, ginger garlic paste and salt for 30 mins.
*Now take a pot, add potatoes (with skin), onion (peeled, dont slice it) , whole green chillies, while black peppers and tomatoes (whole) to it.
*Add meat along with the merination.
*Turn on the flame and let the meat cook on high flame for about 7-8 mins.
*Add oil .
*Now cover the pot , seal it with dough and let it cook on low flame for 1.5 hrs.
*After 1.5 hrs do check the meat. if it is tender like uve seen in the vdo then it's ready and it is not tender u can cook it for another 30 mins or untill it becomes super tender.

7-8 lemons juice
Lasan adrak. 1 inch ginger, 7-8 garlic
1-1/2 table spoon salt
Marinade for hour
2 kg potatoes. Cut bigger potatoes in two. Don’t peel. Wash and dry
Line the potatoes at the bottom along with Onions 3, 6 big tomatoes and place meat on top. Add the marinade water plus about 250 gms water.
Cook on high flame add 1/2 kg oil
Lower the flame. Lower then low medium for 1 -1/2 hour. Open after 1 hour and keep checking.
Dry the stock a bit if it’s too much
Lower the flame and put it to steep for 4-5 mts
Serve as he shows
Cover and seal with flour dough
