Recently only they have removed this. I came back from India on Dec and i thought i missed this form but then the air hostess told me that CBP form is no more needed from us.

Hi bro This is the old rule If you are seeing the CBP video clip officer asked whether you have declared your previous visit As i mentioned that old jewels no need to declare , that’s why Officer asked like when did you bought your old jewels and did u declare when it was new and entered previously

The best possible way I can think is take photos in USA with the jewels, have receipts (if available - if receipt not available, any jewelry shop in India can give an appraisal). And bring/declare any new jewels within the exemption limit of $800 per person. For used jewels, we can show receipts that they are old and were already in USA by showing photos.

Apparently, you will get RFE for "Specialty Occupation" (most common RFE for majority of the applicants). Justify by relating your Bachelor degree or Master degree courses with your job duties. I literally wrote 38 pages to justify. LOL.
