Coach you are as good at asking questions and leaving room for answers and allowing for difference of opinions as you are a coach. That takes humility! I appreciate you
You said it, @andrewjoyce7374. The same thoughts come to me regularly, and I suspect it's to some degree from having spent 65 years hanging out with coaches and athletes and learning what's right. I so enjoy his guests, too - so many wonderful personal qualities to admire and learn from.
Yeah those were legit. Only thing I’ve seen that’s similar are some catch & throw curls on one of those Supercat machines. Similar effect of catching and absorbing the energy before redirecting it.
Hello Coach~! I'm a valued fan of your workouts and would like to thank you for the past five years that our team has borrowed your training philosophy with very good results. I previously contacted you via email and did not receive a response, after which our team purchased most of your training content. Probably due to the language barrier, I have the following questions: 1. If it is purely for 100m athletes, can you change the "L" in your program to 80m/100m/110m timing. 2. How do you deal with races, in particular do you still use the "40s" in the preparation for a race? How to deal with the competition, especially the preparation activities before the competition, do you still use the "40s", after all, how can you be accurate to the exact moment if timing before the competition? If there are any tutorials on either of the above please send me the links so that I can purchase them. Thank you for your time.
1) No, they all need lactate training, even if it’s just for sprint efficiency. 2) Don’t understand your question. We warm up at a meet like we are doing a speed workout. 3) coachtube.com/bundles/feed-the-cats-track-bundle?track=500549b745bc852140a4bade2885812d
