Looking online, an HPM-3000B motor is only 107mm long. Lightning Rods also has 3 motors that fit, the Small Block 5kW (75mm), Big Block 10kW (98mm) and XL 13kW (114mm) - might be worth looking at stocking Lightning Rods' motors because they're more powerful and much lighter.
@@DescartesRenegade Do you have any more info on how you found that out? I'm about to get a Burromax 1600 and would like to upgrade the motor straightaway.
@@boredism1327 we have tried the Burromax hunt and stunt controller, it makes a difference and it's plug and play - which is great, and the price is fair for what you're getting . But you just get way more bang for your buck going with an aftermarket controller like a fardriver or sotion
@MomentumWatts I'm scared lol I never did one 😅.. and does the fardriver charge with bike? Can I close the box back .. I kinda still want it to look clean
Thinking about running stock motor with the 72v bag and controller 2 questions tho how would I hook up the new stuff to the stock motor (I’m not sure if I can wire) and does the stock speedometer keep up accurately? Also how is the range now?
Im thinking on getting a tt1600 what would be the biggest battery that i could fit 72v 20,30,40or 50 and im thinking of a build but not sure on the battery
I want to soup up my burromax 1600 too 72v series that can go 60 mph I was wondering maybe you foks can send me a brochure or a price guide on how much it will cost & a manufacturing guide of all the aftermarket

it’s good to see other options for more power that seems like all this pit bike is missing.
Awesome engineering and mods. Dig it!

The tp120 fits and is probably the best motor upgrade candidate available
We're not familiar, any chance you can send us one to test?
@@MomentumWatts it's lightningrods XL motor.

@@karlfriedrich7758 there's a guy who has put the tp120 in his tt1600r on UA-cam...somewhere. I checked dimensions of my tp120 and it fits.

My new favorite channel ..i got a tt1600, not a lot of channels covering the bike
Also how good is the burromax upgrade controller? Have you tried ?

Great content. Many thanks.
When disconnecting the stock motor, does the sleeve over the connecter unscrew?
Why not just move the bracket over 14mm in the swingarm and reweld it?
Chain alignment.
Did you guys upgrade the rear shock? If so what did you guys end up going with. I want to upgrade mines

2500w limit on the mini? Sounds like it’s not tuned right. I’ve ran mine at 7200w line geared for 55mph staying under 100c the whole time
Sounds awesome.
Contact us so you can tune one for us - we'll test it report back
How can I get the battery controller & motor from 😊
Sure thing! MomentumWatts.com
i have a question does the mini work with the regular battery and controller
It’s great tbh it preforms like a surron (main difference is a loss of torque on the top end)
them turbos on the back tho
That's another project 🤘
@@MomentumWatts hell yeah
Day 2 of asking for the kit
