- Hi Friends, How are you? I hope you're all doing well.
Today, we harvested our Corn and because of that, I'll ba making 3 delicious Famous Bisayan Recipe for my fam and friends.
The term “sutukil” is an abbreviation of 3 Cebuano terms: sugba which means to grill, tuwa which means to stew and kilaw which means to cook raw with vinegar. Sutukil has always been a favorite among locals and it never goes out of season.

By the way, tungod sa imo, I asked my son to look for tabon tabon and batwan seedlings to be planted in my farm. Karon I have those, and anytime I wanted kinilaw, we tabon tabon available. I’ve seen one of your episodes while you’re still at your old house by the sea, you were making kinilaw then and I was curious regarding tabon tabon. When I asked my son about it he heard of it but never used it, that’s where the seedling came about. Thanks to you, I have my own tree. Next I’m making your chili garlic oil for our own consumption… thanks, learned a lot from you. Simple and easy things. Much obliged ❤
Yes tabon-tabon is a big help po para mawala Ang lansa Ng isda, ask him if he also knows about Biasong po. I can't eat Kinilaw without tabon-tabon and Biasong, this two ingredients hits different in Kinilaw po😊.

Inday Allyn. Pareho ba ang yellow fin tuna sa yellowtail? Kasi, yellowtail is my favorite fish esp sashimi. I can’t understand so much about the dialect you used here Inday Allyn pero I still enjoyed your vlog, kasi ang ganda ng farm mo at mukhang ang sarap mong magluto.
