Just an idea. If you flip every other Husky keychain on the build plate so you get less gap between the, you will probebly get mor keychains on each print. Then you save on purge, filament cutter blade and time. 😎
Just a comment here today but my hyper speed printers give lower print quality VS my old slow bed slingers. I’ve set up my client needs according to which machine gives the best results for my various orders.
Great channel, finally subscribed. I thought I did awhile ago. But on the FLSUN S1 PRO I received mine back on Dec 19th. Mine on the same side of build plate was doing the same thing. Take me days to get anywhere with level. I eventually did a couple of factory resets and a few z changes to get it good. You can go into the printer conf and change the probe from 7 to like 12 that should help.
Always amazes me that almost everyone sells PLA prints. Everything I sell is ABS or ASA so it doesn’t just melt in shipping or when it gets left in a hot car.
PLA isn't that fragile. It's main issue is degradation. The UV from the sun will break it down pretty quick so it isn't suitable for exterior. PLA doesn't start melting until 180 degrees F. Not very likely a car is going to get that hot internally. Maybe in the Desert you might be able to reach that but not very likely. And very doubtful you'd reach those temps during shipping. I agree, if I was making something for outside or for a car I'd want a more durable plastic. But just for making general household items PLA is fine.
@ disagree. Made a 6 foot long ax for a cosplay customer left it in the car on a like 75 degree day back in September while I stopped at a store for 20 minutes and I came back to a curved ax. A heat gun and an hour of work fixed it but PLA absolutely will deform with far less heat than 180c. Made that in PLA per customer not my choice btw
I named them a couple videos ago, but they were just boring names like A1 Mini 1. I haven't named the Flashforge or FLSun yet and I have to say, that S1 Pro is definitely looking like a Matt 🤣
i have a a1 mini coming soon and will be new to bambu program and im very curious and wanting to know more about the settings and making less waste. have you done any flushing besides a prime tower? any upgrads you would recommend? i also have a creality ender 3 v3 and a anycubic kobra 3 combo that i still have to put togethar. not sure if your familiar with that one. do you have any creations of your own? patreon or such love to support ya where ever possible
Currently working on some designs as part of a 14 day challenge to just design something, even if someone else already has. I have a Patreon setup, although nothing currently on there at the moment but I do plan on releasing some files over there for free if they're part of a video or if its something I think would be of use or someone wants to sell potentially for a small fee similar to how Thangs works.
Great video! Curious on your settings for the keychains? Maybe .16 with variable layer height? Seems difficult to get a nice top finish on these critters, dragons and such. Guessing the .2 nozzle would add a lot of time.
They would for sure come out cleaner with a 0.2mm nozzle but would take way too long. I am using 0.18 or 0.16 layer height and honestly, when they aren't being focused on up close by a 4K camera, and are more than 6" from your face, you really don't notice it. Of course, the layer lines are still there, and it becomes more noticeable towards the tops of the model, but the camera makes it look messier than it actually is I guess if that's possible 😆
Such a calming and informative Channel! Seems like you really know your stuff. Out of curiosity, what are the dumbbells for? Are they just props? Or can people actually fill them with sand or something?
I work in and around the automotive field right now a few days per week for a buddy of mine and I was a full time woodworker with my own shop for a number of years prior to getting into 3D printing and scaling down the woodworking side of things. Looking to get back into doing more woodworking and incorporating that with 3D printing and my own designs this year!
On occasion I do, but not because the ams is eating them up as it prints, more so the spool is damaged from factory, but not too bad so ill throw it in there and I will find little particles collecting at the bottom of the ams. I have a bunch of the rings for the elegoo that I printed out and will use them if the spool is bent or too damaged to properly roll, but that doesn't always work either so every now and again, I will have to rip a side of the cardboard spool off, and fit it over one of the Bambu reusable spools that come with the AMS
Going off nothing more than you saying you had problems with creality. I have an ender 3 Max neo I notice the leveling screws come way to tight and cause the bed to have highs and lows due to stress I have had decent success loosening the leveling screws off a couple millimeters and the bed leveling will account for the difference so don’t change z offset. Also if using a slicer with post processing gcode you can look up the process for putting the mesh leveling code into the beginning of the print and try that to account for any extra slop in the plate not being true flat.
I know I have to open the files she provides, delete the ones I don't want to print and then adjust the colors inside of Bambu Studio. I don't use the paint function, rather, I change her printer profile to the printer I want to use and then just change the filament color options to match how I want the dogs to come out. If you try to just import them, it will only open the stl file not the 3mf that she colorized
Those 2 up top were the first 2 machines I got so they are really there just because I have them. I really want to get the Max Neo calibrated and upgrade the nozzle on that because of the build volume. I know we have printers now that are faster with the same build volume and then some, but I have it so I might as well use the available upgrades for it and get it working again for my own personal stuff. As for the V3 SE vs V3 KE, I actually had a KE and a software update ended up bricking the machine so I sent it back for a refund and bought the 1st A1 Mini with it.
Thangs and search Kekreations. Wondering about Kobra S1 as well. Kobra 3 doesn't seem to get good reviews. Looks like they are trying to sell S1 for 200 off before any reviews come out.
I use the professional seller plan. I started off using the individual one where you pay .99 cents per order, but there are other limitations associated with that.
Just a question, why are you using PLA, for something like a push stick. That would be a serious hazard as PLA does not have strength that Petg or ABS/ASA would. As a printer myself I would never trust using a PLA material for anything that would act as a safety device.
With the walls and infill settings I’m using, the PLA push sticks are just as stiff and and rigid as the PETG ones i make. That said, i usually do use PETG for these so I’m not entirely sure why i batched a bunch out of PLA 🤣
Do you have permission from kekreations to be producing and selling their designs for those dog keychains? I went and found their profile and all of the models they have up that I looked at specifically say that they do NOT allow the sale of their digital files, nor prints made from their models.
Just an idea. If you flip every other Husky keychain on the build plate so you get less gap between the, you will probebly get mor keychains on each print. Then you save on purge, filament cutter blade and time. 😎
When PLA got too stuck on my build plate (X1C) I just had to wash (and scrub) it with warm water and detergent.
Great start to the new year, keep it up!
I tried quite a few greens trying to find a close match to festool's green.
Enjoy your day! 🍻

I’ll have to look into that setting, thanks for the tip!
You need the new SunLu E2 filament dryer for the higher temp filament

How long until printer names? May I humbly suggest “Matt” for your best looking printer
Shotgun on “Sam” for the most troubling one! 😂

@@TheMountainMaker should share that.
if the prints are sticking too much your offset might be slightly too close
Great video's, how long do the 3/4in push sticks take to print on your a1 mini ?
The 3/4 the way I have them setup are 2h 45m and the 1/2 are around 2hr
@TheMountainMaker that's pretty quick

I think they are bushiness card holders from memory
Yes, they are Business Card Holders. I'm just as surprised as everyone else they sell like they do 😆
@@TheMountainMaker Ohhh that's cute! Guess every gym and fitness instructor wants one hahaha.
I'm curious if you’re willing to share to see what your day job is?

Do you ever have issues with cardboard spools in your ams????
I always see people saying you need to change spools or put rings on them.
On occasion I do, but not because the ams is eating them up as it prints, more so the spool is damaged from factory, but not too bad so ill throw it in there and I will find little particles collecting at the bottom of the ams. I subscribed to KEKreations but all the files I opened are just 1 color, did you paint using bambu studio? Or am I doing something wrong? Help!!!

@@TheMountainMaker I was trying to import the file so there was my 1st mistake. I do have 4 filaments loaded on my PS1. will try again. thanks Logan
Woohoo! First comment! Greetings from South Africa, loving your videos!
Thanks for the support!!
why you are not using creality ender 3 v ke for print farming
The ender 3 is a pure hobbyist machine. It needs to much tweaks and maintenance to be reliable. Compared to modern machines it is also very slow.
@ i know but he is printing 24/7
and this be faster

Bro I’ve been having the same issue with my creality k1max since the most recent update. All of the bottom of my prints are terrible.
I'm glad I didn't update my K1 Max or K1's to that most recent update. I haven't heard too many good comments about it yet.
Love your videos! Im thinking of selling on Amazon myself, do you have any tips? Do you sell through handmade plan or professional plan? Thanks
I use the professional seller plan. I started off using the individual one where you pay .99 cents per order, but there are other limitations associated with that.

I wouldn't worry about PLA assuming decent infill. You shouldn't be forcing the workpiece into a blade, if so your saw is dull or underpowered.
I had to sub to a brother 802er, nice set up the great work.
Hey neighbor, I appreciate the support, thanks for watching!
Your issue with the Creality is that it's not a Bambu LMAO ❤
