大理石戚風蛋糕 ~ Marble Chiffon Cake

  • 食材:
    蛋黃 3顆
    蛋白 3顆
    低筋麵粉 50g
    糖 50g
    牛奶 30g
    檸檬汁 少許
    植物油 30g
    可可粉 5g
    牛奶 15g
    Ingredients:
    Egg yolks 3
    Egg white 3
    Low-gluten flour 50g
    Sugar 50g
    Milk 30g
    Lemon juice a little
    Vegetable oil 30g
    Cocoa Powder 5g
    Milk 15g
    步驟如下:
    1.在容器中放入蛋黃,加入一半的糖,用打蛋器拌勻。
    2.加入低粉及牛奶,攪拌均勻。
    3.加入植物油,攪拌均勻成蛋黃糊。
    4.可可粉加入牛奶,攪拌均勻後備用。
    5.取出一半的蛋黃糊加入巧克力,成為巧克力糊。
    6.打發蛋白,加入剩下一半的糖跟少許的檸檬汁,打發至尾端成尖角狀態。
    7.將蛋白各分一半加入蛋黃糊及巧克力糊中,各切拌成均勻麵糊。
    8.用擠花袋或湯匙將各個不同的麵糊均勻放入模具中,如影片所示範的方式。
    9.放入已預熱至150度的烤箱中,烘烤35~40分鐘,請以自家烤箱的功能設計加以時間調整。
    10.取出模具倒扣至蛋糕完全冷卻。
    11.鬆軟可口的大理石蛋糕就完成了。
    Steps:
    1. Put egg yolks in a container and add in half of the sugar. Mix well with a whisk.
    2. Add in low-gluten flour and milk.
    3. Add in vegetable oil and mix well to form egg yolk paste.
    4. Add milk to cocoa powder and stir well
    5. Take out half of the egg yolk paste and add it to the chocolate to make chocolate paste.
    6. Beat the egg whites, add in the remaining half of the sugar and some lemon juice. Beat until the ends form sharp corners.
    7. Add half of the beaten egg whites to the egg yolk paste and the other half to the chocolate paste. Mix evenly.
    8. Use a spoon to evenly put the different batters into the mold, as shown in the video.
    9. Put it in an oven preheated to 150 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes. Please adjust the time according to your own oven.
    10. Take out the mold and turn it upside down until the cake is completely cooled.
    11. The fluffy and delicious marble cake is done! ENJOY!
